Theodore Paul Sek began staining his family’s Maine home every two years under his father’s tutelage. Now, with over thirty years in the industry, T Paul Sek is an EPA Certified Lead-safe Renovation Expert. Paul is renowned for his exceptional talent, efficiency, and detail-oriented work.
In 2005, Paul was sickened with lacquer poisoning due to prolonged toxic lacquer exposure on a job site. This traumatic event propelled the company to implement the alternative, non-toxic materials that they had been researching since 2002.
Working in and creating a safer environment for their clientele has reinvigorated Paul’s enthusiasm for his profession. T Paul Sek EcoPainting has consistently been voted Santa Cruz County’s Best Painting Contractor & Best Green Business.
